Senior Congress leader and former minister Dr. Shankar Rao told that separate Telangana state will be formed on January 26. MLA of Cantonment Board constituency Dr. Shankar Rao told that high command has almost taken decision of separate Telangana state and he is receiving signals from Delhi sources regarding that.
He claimed that Seema Andhra leaders are active stopping Telangana formation and black mailing high command by threatening resignation. He told that Congress high command will not be influenced by such warnings as Congress is a party like sea. It will not get affected with the resignations of a few public representatives.
