Hyderabad: Telangana State which was formed on 2nd June 2014 was an important day for all the residents of Telangana as the long-standing demand of separate state was fulfilled on the day.
On the day, Telangana State was bifurcated from united Andhra Pradesh giving birth to 29th State of the country.
It may be mentioned that Andhra Pradesh was formed on 1st November 1956 after merging Andhra State and Telangana region of Hyderabad State.
After many agitations and dharnas, Telangana State comes into reality on 2nd June 2014. The State is going to celebrate its formation day on 2nd June 2019.
