Implementing the recommendations of pay revision commission of 2015, Govt. of Telangana has decided to enhance special allowance to various categories of employees working in Secretariat.
Department of Finance issued orders for giving special allowance from 1st May 2015. The allowance for section officer in secretariat has been enhanced from Rs. 325 to Rs. 475. In the same manner Asst. Section Officer will now get Rs. 300. Private Secretaries working in CM’s office and the offices of Ministers will now get Rs. 700 instead of Rs. 375. Head Masters of Primary schools and single teacher schools will get Rs. 150 instead of RS. 100. The allowance of Secretary of State Assembly has been raised from Rs. 750 to Rs. 1150. Special Secretary will now get Rs. 1150 instead of Rs. 750. The staff working in AYUSH will also get enhanced allowances as per rules.
