Hyderabad: Telugu Desam Telangana Forum convener Errabelli Dayakar Rao on Friday stated that the party six MPs would vote in favour of Telangana if the Centre introduces the bill in parliament.
Talking to media persons at Telugu Desam Legislature Party Office, Errabelli Dayakar Rao said that the party would issue a whip to all MPs to vote in favour of Telangana bill in the parliament.
He also made it clear that forum members would not reverse their decision on resignations and submit them in afresh whenever Speaker Nadendla Manohar arrives from the US.
However, he made it clear all party leaders from the region should submit their resignations collectively.
“The Telangana state can be achieved by creating Constitutional crisis only,” he stated.
The Centre has to take final decision on Telangana and it should not blame the parties are not cooperating, he stated.
He called upon leaders, cutting across party lines, to convene round-table conference to chalk out future plan towards achieving the separate statehood.
Responding to the levelling of allegations against party by suspended leader Nagam Janardhan Reddy, Errabelli dayakar Rao said Nagam levelling baseless allegations as party removed him from the Public Accounts Committee chairman post.
