Amit Shah, BJP national president to start Telangana assembly elections campaign from September 15. BJP is planning to hold 50 public meetings in the next two months in all the districts and important assembly constituencies where the party has considerable strength.
He will address a public meeting at MVS College grounds in Mahbubnagar. Amit Shah, following which he is likely to meet office bearers of the state unit to discuss the strategy on the assembly polls and also finalise the candidates to be fielded from various assembly constituencies.
The first list of candidates might come out after September 16, which may have about 30 to 35 candidates of total 119 assembly seats.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also attend a couple of public meetings which will be decided in the next couple of weeks said BJP state president K Laxman.
