A teenage father has been disappointed after receiving a photo of Xbox One, instead of the gaming console, for what he ordered on eBay for 450 pounds.
Peter Clatworthy, 19-year old, had saved up all year to buy the Microsoft console for his four-year-old son and he had ordered the Day One edition of the gaming console, but to his disappointment he received a grainy photo of the console in the post, Metro.co.uk reports.
Clatworthy realised that eBay had advertised ‘Xbox One Fifa Day One Edition, Photo Brand New UK 2013’, despite featuring an image of the console, it was listed under the ‘video games and consoles category’.
He said that despite being given a full refund from eBay, he would take action against the seller as misleading listings are not allowed. (ANI)
