Technology waste if not used for a common man: KTR

Hyderabad: Former IT Minister and TRS working president KT Rama Rao today said technology will be wasted if it was not used for common man.

Speaking at “Key Makers Youth Summit-2019” at Ambedkar Open University here, the former minister said the State government has been encouraging youth to make inventions through T Hub. India has abundant youth force in the world, he said. Pointing out that India was the sixth biggest economy in the world, KTR stressed the need for use of technology by all people otherwise it is of no use.

“We used to get new inventions with everyday problems we are facing. The youth should make regular efforts to find something unique and their goals. We are for encouraging the youth and students to pursue education and focus on inventions using innovative ideas. He also suggested to the youth to take failures as positive and go ahead until they reach the set goals”.
