Job Description:

PeopleSoft HCM Techno Functional Lead Description Position: PeopleSoft HCM Techno Functional Lead Work Experience: 7 to 9 years Job Description:

Experience as Techno functional/ Functional SME on at least for one or two PeopleSoft HCM implementations
Working experience on Global Payroll, Absence Management and Time Labor
Working experience on Core HR (Workforce Administration, Compensation, Position Management, ESS, MSS) with technical as well as functional subject matter expertise.

Provide expert troubleshooting for technical functional problems
Debug and develop SQRs, People Code, Application Engine and Component Interfaces, App Messages/ IB, Fluid Interfaces
Have good knowledge of PeopleSoft AWE, security Query Development.
Ability to troubleshoot Crystal Reports and XML Publisher issues
Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft security ability to tune application code
Work on all phases of a project development, testing, production support, etc.
Rapidly resolve issues in order to adhere to Service Level Agreements
Provide quality formal and informal documentation consistent with Sierra-Cedar standards Other Skills required:
Minimum of 6 years PeopleSoft experience PeopleSoft 9.2 experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelors or Masters Degree from a reputable institution; Command over Spoken English -Able to manage multiple assignments concurrently and provide appropriate dashboards, status updates and statistical reports to the project leadership.

-Ability to work independently on Support initiatives; Hands on experience in analysis and development.
– Ability to work on client facing roles with expertise on stakeholder management and to be able to manage technical teams.
Leadership Skills:
– Ability to build and mentor a team of junior developers
– Provides input in the development of tools and processes to help increase team productivity
– Displays effective analytical organizational skills – Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments
– Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues
– Seeks innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to customers
