Technical Support Engineer
This is a service desk job requiring good communication skills and working knowledge of computers and mobile devices.
Core job functions involve answering customer calls / emails / chats, collect client information, resolve
technical issues and record the interaction during call management systems.
The role also involves interactions with clients, delivery managers, immediate managers and other team members to ensure timely resolution of an issue and a high level of customer satisfaction.
