Job Description:
We are looking for Tech Support and Customer Support Professionals for one of our MNC client in Hyderabad.
Exp: 3-7 Yrs
Location: Hyd
The associate will be responsible for providing technical support related to hardware and or software related to Client. The typical role includes responding to queries on calls\chat, probing details and diagnosis, identifying problem areas, determining solution and documenting case notes.
Primary responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to software, and hardware.
Respond to queries either over the phone.
Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
Walk customer through problem-solving process.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Clean up computers.
Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
