1. Provide Technical and Project Management leadership.
2. Manage single large project or multiple small to medium projects
3. Identify appropriate enhancements to the application that improves clients business and strategically communicate the same to enhance Alliance business
4. Assist Business Development team and Project Management office in responding to RFPs
5. Identify problems and actionable tasks that enable resolution
6. Effectively recognizes and rewards desirable performances
7. Foster innovation and risk taking abilities
8. Initiates and supports organizational development activities
9. Support team in career growth with respect to organizational objectives
10. Assist in developing best practices in area of expertise
11. Agile experience a must . PMP certification preferred
12. Project Management experience with development projects in .Net/ Java technology background mandatory
