Job Description:
” Cambridge University Press- www.cambridge.org (a global publishing company based in the UK) has recently set up an India Operations Centre (IOC) at Tech Mahindra’s facility in Hyderabad . The staff based in the IOC work as integrated members of global teams that develop and publish (in both print and digital formats), a wide variety of English Language Teaching (ELT) materials, as well as Education materials and Academic books and journals. A wide range of roles (spanning Editorial, Production, Marketing and Supply Chain Fulfillment) are being created and we are currently seeking suitably qualified and experienced team members from publishing as well as non-publishing backgrounds.”
At least 1 of year experience into technical documentation
Monitor and review technical issues reported by the 1st Line Support team or any other areas of the business
Reproduce reported issues and identify the possible causes while providing solutions to them
Liaise with the QA team to obtain access to devices and other required resources
Create documentation for customers explaining ways to resolve the reported issues
Excellent knowledge of Mac, PC, iOS and Android-based devices
Strong written and spoken English language skills with knowledge of technical vocabulary
