Nuh/Mewat: A team of National Right Resource Centre visited the house of Mohammed Azeem, a madrasa student, who was beaten to death at Begumpur village. The team members spoke to Azeem’s father Khaleel Ahmed and got details.
Khaleel Ahmed told the fact-finding team that he was not allowed to see his son’s dead body till the next day afternoon. When he asked for his son’s dead body he was harassed and told that the crowd will become uncontrolled. He was asked to take the body directly to Mewat and was not allowed funeral prayer in the madrasa.
Famous TV person and social activist Saleem Baig who was among fact find team informed that they will soon enquire into the death of Mohammed Azeem.
