Team Lead – MMF (managed Market Finance)

Job Description:

Position Purpose:

Managing a team consisting of Managers and Analysts to ensure accurate system setup of membership information; accurate and timely reconciliation and adjudication of both charge-back claims and rebate payments to Commercial and/or Government contracts.

Major Accountabilitie:

Assist Group Head/ Head in the design of innovative solutions for processing rebates and en-suring database integrity, including systems and applications/websites.
Maintain knowledge of system processes and ensure adherence to standard operating pro-cedures and department policies.
Accurately evaluate and interpret customer contracts and monitor the status of membership setup, chargeback reconciliation, and rebate claims to ensure payments are made accurately and timely as per the terms and conditions of the contracts.
Responsible for the detailed analysis and validation of claim data and the calculation of re-bate payments utilizing systems and applications.
Conduct preliminary & final Review of Rebates processed by the team.
Gain knowledge of Novartis products and market baskets to accurately adjudicate rebates.
Assist in recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluation of the team.
Assist in the identification and analysis of disputed rebate claim data.
Participate/contribute to special projects as needed.
Assist in the development and implementation of department policies and procedures. Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Key Performance Indicator(s)
Consistent delivery on the performance metrics as designed and agreed with the HCA head, YoY improvement on the baseline metrics
Process improvement and innovation projects improving the efficiency of the department
Ensuring capture of all the possible saving opportunities while rebate processing
Talent development all key positions to be filled by internal talent

Minimum requirements:

Post Graduate/CA/MBA/CWA Relevant experience in financial analysis and payment processing activities with exposure of working in large teams, and experience of managing any small/medium project English
8+ years experience in financial analysis and payment processing activities with 2+ years of people management experience of handling a team size of 10+ associates.
