Job Description:
We are hiring a Practice Lead for our organization. The job specifications are mentioned below-
Team Management:
1. Contribute to the units profitability through efficient management of a team of recruitment consultants and senior consultants.
2. Should ensure that all the team members meet company assigned targets.
3. The incumbent should be able to strategize team functions effectively in order to enhance productivity.
4. Should be able to monitor the performance of team members on a daily basis.
5. The applicant should be target oriented.
6. The candidate should be able to monitor and drive business from the team.
7. Identifying back ups within the team.
8. To manage and plan the manpower allocation to different teams.
Client Relation:
1. The applicant should have understanding of the client organization with respect to existing business activities, organization structure and culture and future growth plans.
2. Ensuring growth in billing from key Clients.
3. Taking regular feedbacks from clients.
4. Ensure high hit rates with the clients.
Delivery Management:
1.To present senior management periodical report on the operation performance of the services offered.
2.Ensure delivery of the resources to the clients with quality, integrity of data & reports and adherence to Service Level Agreements.
3.Meetings/Telecon with clients to understand the profile of the resource/s required
4.Follow-up on the payments and ensuring timely payments.
5.Review the Manpower plan with the HR Manager at the client site..
6.Facilitate Hiring from Competition, Track Cycle time, Team/Resource Bandwidth management, Skill Mix, etc
7.To manage & motivate teams and performance, problem solving & decision making abilities.
8.Design and implement recruiting strategies using a multitude of sources.
Working Days: 5 days!!!
Work Timing: 9:00am to 5:30pm

5. Should have the ability to generate and drive business.
6.Should be able to close the positions withing a certain turn around time.
7. Should be target oriented.
8. Should be confident with “to do” attitude.
