Teachers’ personality must be very impressive. Teacher should teach in such a way that he can inculcate investigative talent in the student. These views were expressed by Mr. Mohammed Nazeer Ahmed State Academic Monitor Officer Sarvashiksha Abhyan RVM retd at a seminar conducted here by Siasat. He further said, ‘it is not important to get training or collect degrees what is important is to do justice with the profession after joining it.’ He vehemently appealed teacher community not to teach wrong facts. Because what is taught by the teacher is imprinted on students’ mind. Hence he advised teachers to avoid mistakes.
