TDP will be king-maker in GHMC: Lokesh

Nara Lokesh, TDP national general secretary and son of AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, today asserted that his party would play a greater role in the GHMC after elections.

Speaking to the media at NTR trust bhavan here today, Lokesh expressed hope that the party would become a king-maker in the GHMC. Taking a dig at ruling TRS, the TDP leader alleged that the TRS was wooing leaders of other parties as it has no base and strength in the city to win the GHMC elections.

Lokesh also questioned as to why people should vote for TRS as the KCR government has failed even to lay roads in the city. Lokesh said he would campaign in the GHMC from January 24 to 31. (NSS)
