Telangana TDP working president A Revanth Reddy today urged voters of Palair constituency to help to win Congress candidate Sucharita Reddy and teach a lesson to the ruling TRS party in the bye-election.
Revanth Reddy, who is on electioneering in Palair constituency, said the TDP has respected the established tradition and extended support to the Congress candidate. Speaking to the media at Gopalapuram, he alleged that the TRS has involved in collection of funds in the name of bye-election. He also accused TRS candidate and minister Tummala Nageshwar Rao of involving in collection of funds from contractors by intimidating them. He also alleged that contract works are being given to contractors of other States.
The TDP leader also alleged that Tummala, who is a minister in the TRS government, did nothing for the Khammam district. (NSS)
