TDP to sue Sakshi and Kola

TDP senior leader and Rajya Sabha member T Devender Goud has said that his party would be filing defamation cases against Kola Krishna Mohan, who made baseless allegations against his party chief N Chandrababu Naidu and the Sakshi TV for giving wide publicity to it.

Responding to the allegations made by Kola Krishna Mohan Rao at a press conference here on Saturday, Devender Goud said that YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy was trying to paint every one as a criminal as he himself was one and arrested on serious charges. In a statement here, Goud stated that it showed the levels Jagan and his media could stoop to, as they made a convicted criminal make senseless allegations against Naidu.

Kola Krishna Mohan, who faced charges of cheating several people, including some banks bluffing that he had won Euro Lottery, on Saturday alleged that Chandrababu Naidu and his family members had stashed away thousands of crores of rupees in foreign banks. Krishna Mohan said that Chandrababu has Rs 15,000 crore dollars in a single bank in Singapore. He also claimed that he had given Rs 5.10 crores to Naidu. Stating that he had given Rs 1 crore as cash to Naidu, Krishna Mohan has said that he had transferred Rs 4 crores from his Midlands Bank account in Singapore to the bank account of Naidu in Singapore. He gave bank account numbers of both himself and Naidu. He also claimed that he had given Chandrababu’s son Nara Lokesh Rs 25 lakhs. (NSS)
