Senior TDP leader Ravula Chandrashekar Reddy has strongly denied reports that appeared in a section of media which claimed that Telugu Desam Party was completely wiped off from the Telangana State.
Speaking to media persons on Sunday, Chandrashekar Reddy said that the TDP was neither weak nor it had any plans to lock out its office. He said the exit of some leaders has not weakened the party and it was still strong in all parts of the State. He said that the TDP was a cadre-based party and it enjoys the support of common people.
Chandrashekar Rao said that the YSR Congress Party was wiped out from Telangana and it would meet the same fate in Andhra Pradesh soon.
He informed that the TDP would organise Mini Mahanadu in all districts of Telangana on May 19. He said programmes would be conducted across the State to strengthen the party at all levels. (INN)
