TDP lambastes MIM

TDP has lambasted the MIM and charged the party of colluding with the Congress, and saving it whenever it faced danger.

Talking to the media here on Monday, party leaders Revanth Reddy and Gali Muddu Krishnama Naidu have said that MIM charging TDP of colluding with the Congress was ridiculous. They said every one knew that when the TDP moved no-confidence motions against the Congress government twice, it was the MIM that stood by the ruling party and saved it. They said MIM which was saving Congress which totally ignored people’s problems had no right to criticize the TDP or their leader N Chandrababu Naidu.

Stating that Congress party was using some one or the other to obstruct the speech of Naidu, the two leaders had alleged that MIM was trying to corner TDP whenever their leader was on his feet and speaking in the House.

Muddu Krishnama Naidu and Revanth Reddy have also alleged that the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker have been working under pressure from the government. They also charged the government of adjourning the House and running away, to avoid debate on public issues. They pointed out that the government had got the House adjourned for the sixth consecutive day, without answering their questions on Supreme Court’s notices to ministers on the controversial 26 GOs. They said the opposition leader was not given a chance to even protest. They said that the TDP has been fighting against the corruption of Congress right from 2004 and questioned where Akbaruddin (MIM floor leader) was then. They have demanded that the controversial files concerning the GOs be placed before the Speaker.
