TDP-BJP honeymooning on the rocks

The alliance of BJP and TDP was getting affected with the new developments in Andhra Pradesh politics as ruling TDP has taken a sensational decision to support “no-confidence motion” whoever moved it in Parliament.

TDP has taken the decision to support the motion whoever moved to protect the interests of Andhra Pradesh, sources in TDP said. A decision was taken after a meeting called by Chief Minister and party national president Nara Chandrababu Naidu with available senior ministers and leaders at Amaravati.
In the wake of the sensational decision, it was said the TDP politburo meeting would be held on Friday where the issue of alliance with NDA would come up for discussion. The sensational decision of TDP assumed importance as  YSR Congress Party, led by Jagan Mohan Reddy, the main Opposition party in Andhra Pradesh, intended to move no-confidence motion in Parliament.
