TDP politburo member Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy today alleged that ruling TRS party was polluting election atmosphere by using power and money in GHMC limits.
Speaking to the media at NTR bhavan here on Wednesday, the TDP leader alleged that the TRS was working against democratic norms like admitting contesting candidates of other parties. Ravula said party’s young leader Nara Lokesh was getting tremendous response from people in the city. The response Lokesh was getting clearly showed that TDP-BJP flag would be hoisted on the GHMC building, he said.
Party national president and AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu would participate in election campaigning in GHMC on January 28 and 29. During his two-day stay in city, Chandrababu Naidu would carry election campaign in 12 constituencies, he said.
Arvind Kumar Goud, party’s national spokesperson, who was also present at the media conference said, “It was Chandrababu Naidu, who preached “development” mantra by taking up various developmental and welfare schemes while KCR has created a new word of “settlers”. The TDP always supported those who settled in Hyderabad, he added. (NSS)
