Condemning TDP-BJP alliance, Secretary AICC and Congress Rajya Sabha MP V.Hanumanth Rao described the alliance between TDP and BJP as nothing but a political prostitution. He asked the Congress high command to do justice to minorities in distribution of tickets.
Speaking to the reporters at a press conference at Gandhi Bhavan, Mr. V Hanumanth Rao said the TDP BJP alliance is immoral and unprincipled. He said, “After 2004 elections, Chandrababu once said that BJP is a communal party. He even said that Narendra Modi was responsible for Godhra riots. He demanded Modi to immediately resign for the post of chief minister of Gujarat. The same person is now wishing Narendra Modi to become the Prime Minister of India,” said Hanumantha Rao.
Urging Congress high command to do justice to Muslims in distribution of tickets he said minorities are the backbone for Congress party and it is the duty of Congress party to satisfy minorities.
