PLM Solution Architect
Understanding of PLM Applications, Business Domains like Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Energy etc.
Functional knowledge in afore said domains.
Complete understanding of customer business processes and ability to map end to end business processes.
Ability to identify appropriate PLM application to match customer needs
Ability to position the relevant PLM application and meet customer requirements.
Fitment of upstream and downstream application integrations to address end to end business process.
Functional knowledge of the business domain.
Strong experience in PLM Application, Data model, Integrations etc.
Hands-on experience of architecting projects on PLM (Preferably with ERP
Integration experience)
Program Management Experience
Experience in executing PLM consulting assignments.
Good-to-Have
Strong experience in SDLC documentation and processes
Complete understanding of infrastructure required for deployment of a PLM solution
Experience in any of the said domains.
PLM Developer
PLM Client & Server side programming (C/C++, Java and web customization)
Strong experience in PLM Application, Data Model, Configuration,
Customization of applications like Workflow & Change Management, Structure Management, Manufacturing, CAD Integrations, ERP Integrations etc.
Hands-on experience of development/customization projects on PLM and ERP, (Oracle and SAP Integration experience)
Expertise in Structure Management (EBOM/MBOM), CM2 compliant Change Management Process(ECN/ECR/ECO) in PLM
Skills sufficient to develop training & technical documentation for the project.
Good-to-Have
Strong experience in SDLC documentation and processes, Agile Methodology
Understand Oracle staging table design, SQL and MS Office Integration would be added advantage
Understanding of multi PLM, multi CAD environments would be given preference.
PLM Technical Architect
Good understanding of PLM product.
Understanding of domain & relevant business processes
Knowledge of business process fitment to the application.
Mapping of solution components to business processes.
Experience in PLM Application(s), Application data model, Configuration & customization, Change Management & Workflow, Classification, CAD Integrations etc.
Hands-on experience of architecting projects on PLM (Preferably with Oracle and SAP Integration experience)
Complete understanding of system architecture of PLM application & best practices.
Good knowledge in Business Domains and business process relating to NPD, ETO & CTO
Experience in requirement collection and analysis, fit-gap analysis, understanding of solution architecture.
Good communication skills, exposure to multi cultured teams, excellent documentation skills.
Strong experience in SDLC documentation and processes
Experience in hands on development / configuration / customization / deployments
Understanding of ERP systems and integrations with CAD Software.
