Qualification: Graduate (or) Post graduate with (2 to 5 years) of experience in Networking Technical Support can apply.
Job Location: Hyderabad
Skills Required:
1. Experience providing Network Technical Support, Analysis and troubleshooting via Webchat or Phone
2. CCNA Trained or CCNP Trained (certification not mandatory)
3. Cisco Wireless and Route/Switch certification desired
4. Meraki CMNA certification desired.
5. Fortinet NSE certification desired
6. One year of remote support or technical support experience with client contact
7. Knowledge of Voice over IP (VOIP) phone support
8. Knowledge of Microsoft O/S and PC hardware, Microsoft Printing, Active X controls, and Mobile devices (Smartphones/iPads)
Eligibility:
1. Graduates (or) Post graduates with (2 to 5 years) of experience in Networking Technical Support can apply.
2. Should have good communication & Comprehension skill.
3. Minimum 15yrs of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation)
4. Graduates through Open Universities / Correspondence graduates need not apply
5. Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment.
6. Willingness to work in any shifts (Including night shifts) can apply.
7. Relieving letters from all the previous companies are mandatory.
8. Candidates who have attended the selection process in the last 6 months will not be eligible to apply again.
