MUMBAI: Tata Housing today launched a residential project, Avaha, at central suburban Kalyan in Mumbai.
“Kalyan as a region is witnessing rapid progress in terms of its livability index that is assessed on factors such as health and medical standards, safety, housing options and socio-cultural development,” said Brotin Banerjee, Managing Director and CEO, Tata Housing Development Company.
“The Kalyan-Dombivali belt has been one of the fastest growing locations in the past few years. Improvement in both physical and social infrastructure has resulted in developing this location as a hub for affordable and premium housing,” he said.
The project has been launched on Tata Founder’s Day, which is celebrated in commemoration of the birth anniversary of Tata group founder Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata, the company said in a statement.
