Hyderabad: Taslima Nasreen, controversial Bangladeshi writer slammed MBT leader, Amjed Ullah Khan for protesting against the sale of her book “Lajja”. She shared a video on Twitter in which Amjed Ullah Khan is seen protesting. However, police reached the spot. Her controversial book, ‘Lajja’ was put on sale at an exhibition by Teachers Federation at Sundarya Vigyana Kendram in Hyderabad.
Questioning the silence of secularists in India, Nasreen further wrote, “Haven’t heard any secular writer in India call this act of Muslim fanatics ‘intolerance’”.
