Mumbai, February 27: R Madhavan and Kangana Ranaut starrer romantic comedy “Tanu Weds Manu” has links with Chandigarh, reports say.

One of the child actors Pragati Trikha in the film is a resident of Chandigarh. She is a class 10 student of Sacred Heart School.

Pragati stated “’I spent the most beautiful time with both lead actors. Both of them, especially Madhavan, turned out to be so down-to-earth that it was a great comfort to work with them.”

She said further, “Kangana too was very talkative and warm. In fact, she was enrolled for Class XII at DAV School in Sector 15, where I studied up to Class V. So we shared many memories of the place.”

She added, “That was for a song ‘O Manu Bhaiya’ and I was playing a member of Madhvan’s joint family. We had fun then and played antakshari between the shots.”

She said further, “The lead actors and other members of cast and crew would also indulge in chana fights. We were all dancing to Punjabi beats.”

Pragati was earlier seen in films like ”Veer Zaara”, ”Dosti”, ”Namaste London”, ”Khushboo” and Punjabi films such as Vivek Shauq’s ”Nalayak”, ”Pind Di Kudi” and Gurdass Maan’s ”Des Hoya Pardes” among others.
