Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone’s adorable chemistry shines in the official first look of Tamasha, which was unveiled today. In the poster of the Imtiaz Ali-directed film, the duo, who dated each other for a year, is seen laughing with their arms around each other.
As they take a stroll along a lane, various characters from mythology and romantic stories provide the intriguing background, bearing a tagline – “Why always the same story?”.
The images of these characters were shared by Imtiaz in a teaser poster along with a little poem few days ago.
Deepika, 29, and the Bombay velvet star, 32, are reuniting after their coming-of-age romantic film Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani in 2013.
Tamasha is both the stars second movie with the director following Deepika’s outing in 2009 rom-com Love Aaj Kal and Ranbir’s multiple award-winning stint as a musician in Rockstar (2011).
Tamasha, about the journey of someone who has lost his edge in trying to conform to the society, will hit theatres on November 27.
