Talks on seat sharing in final stage: Kodandaram

Hyderabad: Telangana Jana Samithi president Prof Kodandram today said that the aim of the party is to defeat the dictatorial TRS government.

Speaking to media, Kodandram, who is on a visit of Karimnagar district, said parleys are on for distribution of Assembly seats among the ‘Mahakutami’ (grand alliance) parties and the process is in final stage.

The TRS government has done injustice to the people during its over four year rule, he alleged and said padayatra highlighting failures of KCR government would begin on October 4, and it would terminate at a public meeting on October 10 at Warangal.

Kodandram gave a negative reply when asked about its alliance with BJP.

Talks on seat sharing with Congress, TDP and CPI are in progress and “we will discuss on a joint manifesto for the coming Assembly elections in Telangana state”, he said.
