Minister for Commercial Taxes and Cinematography Talasani Srinivas Yadav on Sunday informed that he was convening a meeting on March 20 to discuss and resolve the problems being faced by the film industry in Telangana State.
Speaking after inaugurating Cinema Art Directors office at Jubilee Hills here, Talasani said prominent film personalities from the film industry would be invited for the meeting. He assured that the State Government would extend full cooperation and required assistance to the film industry to ensure its growth in the new State. He said that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has issued specific instructions that the film industry should not face any kind of problem in the State.
Talasani also informed that the State Government would soon unveil a new name and logo for the Nandi Awards. (INN)
