Congress former MP Ponnam Prabhakar today appealed to the TRS Government to take up the issue of pending railway projects in Telangana State.
Talking to mediapersons at the CLP office here on Friday, Ponnam urged Chief Minister K Chandrashekhara Rao to exert pressure on the Centre to complete the pending railway projects without any delay. There is a need to bring permission and funds from the Centre to complete the railway projects, he said. Since the Centre will be presenting Railway budget on July 8, the Chief Minister should take up the issue to Prime Minister Narendra Modi .(NSS)
