Taipei, July 15: A Taiwan Air Force F-5F plane went missing while training over the Taiwan Strait Wednesday morning, according to a news report.
The twin-seat F-5F lost contact with the air base while flying over the Penghu Islands, the archipelago halfway between Taiwan and China.
The Air Force sent other aircraft to search for the missing jet, the report said.
