Karachi: Australian fast bowler Shaun Tait believes that his side have a great chance to win the upcoming World T20 to be played in India.
He, however, admitted that it would be a hard fought tournament for all the teams.
The 32-year-old, who made his comeback in the T20 series against India, said that although he did not manage to bowl well during the Adelaide match,he felt glad to represent his country once again, PakPassion.net reported.
Tait, who did not appear for his side in any format of the game since 2011, is currently playing for Peshawar Zalmi in the inaugural edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Expressing his views on the league, Tait believes that there is a bright future for PSL ahead, and he hopes it would get bigger and better with each passing year.
The pacer, who considered himself pretty fortunate to get a spot in the Peshawar Zalmi squad, said that the PSL would help in the growth of Pakistan cricket.
Tait made 59 international appearances and bagged a total of 95 wickets since his debut for Australia in the Ashes series 2005 against England.
The T20 pinnacle event is slated to be held from March 8, with Australia playing their opening match against New Zealand on March 18. (ANI)
