A 35-year-old tailor was found murdered on the Gachibowli-Shamshabad stretch of Outer Ring Road here on Tuesday.
The RGIA Police later identified the deceased as D Srisailam, a resident of Madhura Nagar of Shamshabad. Enquiries by the police revealed that Srisailam called up his wife on Monday night informing her that he was going to his sister’s house in Shapur. However, his body was found lying in a pool of blood on Tuesday. He had multiple injuries on the body and a severe head injury believed to have been caused by a blunt object.
A case of murder has been registered and investigations have begun, RGIA Police inspector T Sudhakar said. (INN)
