Central government has confirmed the selection of Mr. Tafseer Iqbal for Indian Police Service. Mr. Tafseer Iqbal belongs to Andhra Pradesh IPS cadre of 2008. Chief secretary Minnie Mathew issued orders in this connection.
Central government has confirmed his services in Indian Police Service since 20th December 2012. Union home ministry has issued order on 28th December 2012 in this connection which has been confirmed by state government on Monday.
However Mr. Tafseer Iqbal is still waiting for a posting.
