Telugu Desam Telangana leader E Dayakar Rao today slammed the Chief Minister and Seemandhra leaders for trying to delay the bill by seeking more time for debate on Telangana bill. Talking at Assembly media point he alleged that the CM was conspiring to stall bifurcation process and sought more time.
However we will oppose the proceedings if time was extended, he said. How the Chief Minister can attribute his personal against bifurcation to the whole house, he said. We will not allow the house to continue in case of time extension given by President Pranab Mukherjee. He said that the Telangana leaders irrespective of parties urged the President not to extend time as it is a ploy to stall the bill from going to Parliament. The Center should not budge on this plot and instead pass the bill in Parliament, he said. (NSS)
