Hyderabad, September 18: Praja Rajyam president Chiranjeevi has said that Telangana is still backward and hoped that social justice can be ushered in in the region by his party.
Addressing a meeting held to celebrate the Hyderbabad Liberation Day here today, Chiranjeevi recalled that several people had sacrificed their lives for the liberation of Hyderabad state from the tyrannical Nizam rule but their dreams had not been fulfilled so far. He felicitated several freedom fighters on the occasion.
