Separate Telangana State is being formed only due to the supreme sacrifices made by Telangana martyrs, said Mahajan Socialist Party founder-president Manda Krishna Madiga here on Tuesday.
Speaking to media persons here, Krishna Madiga said while the President sent the AP Reorganisation Bill 2013 to the State Assembly only to express their views on the Bill and return it, Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy tricked the Telangana legislators and got his resolution approved by Seemandhra MLAs by voice vote and foolishly arguing that he possessed “Brahmastram” in his hands.
Manda Krishna pointed out that when a minority region wants to get separated from the majority region, the people of the majority naturally oppose the minority peoples’ demand.
