Hyderabad: Civil Supplies Commissioner Akun Sabarwal has stated that “T-Ration App” got e-governance award by CSI (Computer Society of India e-governance) recently. The App was formulated by the Civil Supplies department with the co-operation of NIC (National Informatics Center). The App has provided 13 applications on day-to-day changes, like supplies of commodities, distributions, location of ration shops and so on.
As of now, one lakh users downloaded this app till Monday for using department activities. Dr Rammohan Rao, Dy Director, NIC, G Shivaji, Senior Technical Director, Vijaymohan, Technicl Director were appreciated by the Commissioner on the part of modernizing the department activities.
