Telangana ministers here on Thursday said they would take a decision on Telangana March on Friday.
The Telangana ministers today met at the residence of Major Irrigation Minister P Sudarshan Reddy and held discussions. Ministers K Jana Reddy, Sabita Indra Reddy, Basavaraju Saraiah, D K Aruna and Sunitha Laxma Reddy attended the meeting.
Speaking to the media later, Panchayat Raj Minister K Jana Reddy said they would meet Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy when he returns home from Indiramma Bata. The government was also examining the issue of Telangana March of TJAC. They reviewed the request of the Telangana organizations for permission to Telangana March.
According to sources, Jana Reddy was not in favor of postponing the Telangana March. Most of the Telangana MLAs also have the same view. The MLAs, who were close to the Chief Minister were only favoring postponement of the Telangana March. (NSS)
