Telangana leaders cutting across party lines today addressed another letter to the President against extension of time to debate on Andhra Pradesh State Reorganization Bill 2013.
T leaders of all parties signed a letter which sought the President to not to extend the time which is meant for scuttling the bifurcation process. Minister K Jana Reddy met the floor leaders of the parties, and sent a letter, sources said. Since extension will only lead to disturbing the proceedings and much of the given time is wasted, there is no need for more time. ‘We oppose the Seemandhra demand to extend the time for debate on T bill’, they said, according to sources. It is only a conspiracy against bifurcation and the President should not extend the time, they urged.(NSS)
