Several Telangana leaders, irrespective of political identities, have expressed concern over the Telangana youth saying that they were losing heavily in the United Andhra Pradesh.
Telangana Nagara Samithi organised a ‘Round Table’ on violation of Presidential Orders and issue of several GOs against the interests of Telangana region, at Jubilee Hall here on Wednesday.
Telangana Political JAC Chairman Prof. Kodandaram, TRS MLC Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, MLC Chukka Ramaiah, TDP rebel MLA Harishwar Reddy, CPI MLA Chandravathi, TNGO leader Srinivas Goud and several others alleged that the Andhra leaders dominating the State government were showing clear discrimination in all sectors including filling of government vacant posts and allotment of Medical seats to the Telangana region.
They alleged that the discrimination was going on since formation of Andhra Pradesh. They said that Osmania Medical College, which has all facilities, was the best example for the Andhra dominated State government’s discrimination towards Telangana region. They said that all the problems will be solved only in separate Telangana State. (NSS)
