The Telangana Lawyers’ Joint Action Committee here on Saturday lodged a criminal complaint with the Jubilee Hills Police Station seeking action against TDP president and AP Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu for comparing the elected representatives to sheep.
In the complaint, the Lawyers JAC has alleged that Chandrababu Naidu, while addressing his party’s Mahanadu at Gandipet insulted Members of Legislative Assembly, who were elected by the people, as sheep. The JAC urged the police to initiate action against the AP Chief Minister in accordance with Art. 1951. (NSS)
