The Hyderabad Mathur Kayastha Education & Welfare Society will celebrate Telangana Kayastha Cuisine/Food Festival as part of Telangana Formation Day Celebrations on June 7 at 6pm at Sushil Mathur Bhavan, Dr B.R. Ambedkar University Road (Road No.46) Jubilee Hills.
The Kayasth community played a prominent role in the history of Telangana since 400 years and more. They were always in the forefront in seeking a separate State of Telangana. They appealed to the general public to come and taste special delicacies which are the trademark of Telangana kayasth community. (NSS)
