T Congress Flays Trs Govt On Crop Loans

Telangana Congress Legislature Party deputy leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka today flayed the TRS Government for failing to keep its poll promises.

Addressing the media at the CLP conference hall, Mallu accused the TRS of ignoring the plight of the farmers, who were anxiously awaiting crop loan waiver. Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, who promised every thing, is now focusing on Medak bypoll. Though the farm sector needs adequate power supply, the government is yet to take steps in this regard, he alleged.

Bhatti further said the TRS came to power by luring people with promises that cannot be implemented. He sought to know what steps the government will take to transform the State into a Golden Telangana. The people are left in the lurch as the promises are not being kept, he said. The Congress will wage a protracted struggle against the government for crop loan waiver, he warned. He suggested that the KCR Govt not to loot the people and resources even if it fails to rebuild the State.

TPCC chief Ponnala Lakshmaiah criticized the KCR government for its inept policies on crop loan waiver and power issues. He alleged that the TRS Govt was belittling women leaders. “The TRS is making false allegations on our candidate from Medak Sunitha Lakshma Reddy”, he alleged. Another leader Shabbir Ali slammed the government for deceiving the farmers. The people are fed up with the policies of the government, he added.
