A delegation of Telangana State BJP leaders led by its president G Kishan Reddy today met party national president Amit Shah and Union minister M Venkaiah Naidu.
During the meeting with Amit Shah, Telangana party leaders apprised him of its activities in the State and open revolt by party MLA Raja Singh. They also discussed about strengthening the party and strategy to be adopted during the ensuing GHMC elections. Besides Kishan Reddy, senior leaders Indrasena Reddy, Dr Laxman, Ramchander Rao, Nagam Janardhan Reddy and others were present during the meeting.
Earlier, the delegation met M Venkaiah Naidu and discussed about the party matters. Informed sources said they expressed concern over the dictatorial attitude of the TRS government, which was not even giving importance to party MLAs. They also complained that the government programs were also being organized as party programs.
The Telangana BJP leaders would also call on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh. (NSS)
