Minister for Legislative Affairs T Harish Rao today said the first session of first Telangana Assembly will begin from June 9.
Talking to mediapersons on the Assembly premises on Thursday, Harish Rao confirmed that the first session of the Assembly will continue for five days till June 13. The elected MLAs will take oath on the first day of the session itself, he said, adding that the House will elect Speaker on June 10.
“We will take up issues pertaining to welfare, development and others during the session, Harish Rao added. (NSS)
