Job Description
Team Tranquil is in search of a Systems Support Engineer skilled in Windows Systems Administration and Hardware Troubleshooting for Vadodara, Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam locations in India. Candidate will be working at client facilities to perform the responsibilities mentioned below.
On a day to day basis the qualified candidate will be responsible for the following:
Installation, maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting/support of hardware and software, server and pc’s and Network Infrastructure. Participate in researching and selecting new hardware, software and network needs. Network configuration, backups and restores, documentation of the system, SOP’s. Should be able to troubleshoot various business software issues and help avoid or minimize the down for the users.
Pharmaceutical industry experience is a must.
